Privacy policy

1. Controller

The controller of personal data is SIA „AVENTOR”, Reg. No. 40203734582, address: Jēkabpils iela 5, Rīga, LV-1003, Latvija. Questions about data processing: info@aventorco.com, +371 25143021.

2. What data we process

• Order data: company name, registration and VAT number, contact person's name, email, phone, country, delivery address, comment and the items ordered.
• Account data: the same company and contact details, city and password. The password is stored only in irreversibly encrypted form.
• Custom design requests: name, email, phone, company, place, quantity, message and the attached file.
• Technical data: for security, the server may briefly record the IP address and time of a request.

3. Why and on what basis

• Fulfilling the order, the invoice, delivery and correspondence about the order — performance of a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
• Keeping accounting records — legal obligation (GDPR Art. 6(1)(c)).
• The account and answers to requests — your request and our legitimate interests (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).
• Website security — our legitimate interests (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

We send no marketing emails and do not use data for profiling.

4. Who receives the data

• Hosting: Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany) — servers in the European Union.
• Email: Inbox.eu (Estonia) — for order confirmations and replies.
• Internal alerts: our staff get a Telegram message about a new order or request (company, contact person, email, phone, items).
• Couriers: the delivery address and contact phone — only to deliver the parcel.
• Public authorities — only where the law requires it.

We do not sell data or pass it on for other purposes.

5. How long we keep it

• Orders and invoices — 5 years, as required by the Latvian Accounting Law.
• The account — while it is active. We delete it on request; the order history is kept for the accounting period.
• Design requests and files that did not become an order — up to 2 years after the last contact.

6. Cookies and browser storage

• memora_customer — signing in to the account, kept for 60 days.
• memora_admin — for the shop administrator only.
• The cart is kept in your browser (localStorage) and reaches the server only when you send the order.

We use no analytics or advertising cookies, so no consent banner is shown.

7. Your rights

You may access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing and receive it in a portable format. Write to info@aventorco.com — we answer within one month.

You may lodge a complaint with the Latvian Data State Inspectorate (www.dvi.gov.lv).
